We want you to be satisfied with Apptly Pro. If you're not, we'll make it right.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase an Apptly Pro subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund. No forms. No explanation required.
To request a refund: email support@apptly.app with the subject line "Refund request" and your account email address. We process refunds within 24 hours.
After 30 days
We handle refund requests after 30 days on a case-by-case basis. If you've experienced a significant bug or service issue, contact us and we'll review it.
Annual subscriptions
If you purchase an annual subscription and request a refund within 30 days, we will refund the full annual amount. After 30 days, we will refund the remaining months on a pro-rated basis if you contact us with a valid reason.
Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not trigger a refund for the current period. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
App store purchases
If you purchased Apptly Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are managed by Apple or Google respectively. We are unable to process refunds for purchases made through app stores directly.
