1. Acceptance
By creating an Apptly account or using the Apptly apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Apptly. You may not create accounts for others without their consent.
3. Your content
Your notes are yours. You retain full ownership of everything you write in Apptly. By storing content with Apptly, you grant us the limited right to store and sync that content as necessary to provide the service. We do not use your note content for any other purpose.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use Apptly to store or distribute illegal content
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Reverse engineer or extract the Apptly AI models
Use automated means to access or scrape the service
Resell or sublicense access to the service
5. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of your first charge, contact support@apptly.app for a full refund.
7. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or data loss, though we take significant measures to prevent both.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apptly's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Apptly is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We will notify you of material changes to these terms by email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
